Just a gentle reminder of our booking terms and conditions, mainly that appointments are not secured until the required booking fee/deposit has been paid.

All deposits/booking fees are non-refunderable.
48 hours notice on rescheduling an appointment is required.
The transfer of a deposit/booking fee to another individual is prohibited.
Rescheduling appointments are done so at the discretion of Vanity.
More than one reschedule within the required timeframe results in loss of deposit/booking fee.
Deposits/booking fees are to partially cover prescription fees, outgoings, set up fees and rent as without the appropriate notice I am unable to fill the appointment and run at a loss.

With the return of children back at school my diary is now back to normal and filling fast so please make sure you are booking ahead.
