Every Tuesday, if you'd like a friendly, welcoming place for a light lunch, give us a try from 11.30 onwards.

We have everything from jacket potatoes and soups through different salads to ploughman's lunches, and enough room to eat on your own or make friends.

Or you could borrow a book from our free library.

Come and join us this week or any week, in St Andrew's Hall on Robin Lane, just below the bus station.

I found myself in front of this remarkable crucifix for a Maundy Thursday service in 2025. The poem arrived during the Watch, and was read to the congregation just after midnight.

Thornbury is a multiracial, multifaith area of Bradford. When the old church was pulled down following severe subsidence, it was replaced by a community centre serving all the local communities, in which the church finds its home.
