Our school recently invited parents in to give a talk to reception pupils about our job. I had great fun taking in lots of vintage items, and the children were very inquisitive, despite their questions being completely unrelated to what I do! 🤣

You do not want to miss the launch of our So Crafty Artisan Markets in Stalybridge this Autumn/Winter!

Join us at Stalybridge Civic Hall on Saturday 26th September, Saturday 24th October and Saturday 28th November, 10am-3pm where we’ll have loads of amazing makers, bakers and independent businesses for you to peruse.

Our September market is already shaping up to be a cracker, with sweet and savoury bakes, gin, handmade clothes, bags and jewellery, art, candles and wax melts, skincare, fragrance, South Indian & Spanish food, coffee and face painting already booked in! And entry is FREE!!

Rossendale 60s Festival 2026 is a huge free festival at Whitaker Park featuring live music, classic cars and mopeds, a funfair, community stalls and our vintage pop-up at The Whitaker Museum & Art Gallery
It’s a great day out for all the family so make sure you save this post and come along and join us! Dressing up is encouraged!
