✨ Phonics Club Taster Session! ✨

Would your child enjoy a fun, confidence-boosting way to practise their phonics and early reading skills?

Join us for a Phonics Club taster session on Wednesday 4th November. Through games and engaging activities, children can build their phonics skills in a relaxed and supportive small-group setting.

📚 Suitable for Years 1 & 2
🗓️ Wednesday 4th November
⏰ 5.00–5.45pm
💷 £15 per child
👧👦 Maximum 6 children per group

Love the taster session? Our 5-week Phonics Club term begins Wednesday 18th November, costing £75 for the full 5 weeks.

With only six places available, groups stay small so every child gets plenty of support and encouragement.

📚 Our new tutoring timetable is here!

Our new term starts Monday 2nd November, and we’re excited to welcome everyone back for another half term of learning at Ruby & Blu Tutoring.

We have group tutoring sessions available in Maths and English for children in Years 3, 4/5 and 6, running Monday to Thursday.

A new addition this term is our Phonics Club ✨ We’ll be sharing a separate post with more information about this very soon.

Our small group sessions are designed to build confidence, strengthen key skills and give children focused support in a friendly environment.

Yesterday we celebrated Lily’s 18th birthday 🤍

This photo is from her 6th birthday, when I somehow pulled off a full Frozen-themed party. Icy trees, hanging crystals, turquoise everything... clearly I had far more time and energy back then 😂❄️

Probably a good job she didn’t want an 18th party, because looking back at this, I think it’s safe to say I peaked at 6!

Twelve years later and she’s suddenly 18. Feeling very proud, a little emotional, and very grateful that this year’s celebrations involved considerably less crafting 🤍✨

Today’s learning linked beautifully to the 3 times table, using number sequencing to recognise the pattern of counting in threes and work out what comes next. It’s a great way to strengthen multiplication skills, number recognition and confidence through practical learning. 💛

What a brilliant Saturday afternoon celebrating Georgia’s 10th birthday! 🎉💖

Georgia and all her friends had so much fun getting creative at her slime party, mixing, decorating and adding plenty of colour, sparkle and glitter to their creations.

✨🌈 There was lots of laughter, excitement and some wonderfully messy hands along the way!

Such a lovely way to celebrate reaching double digits with a fantastic group of friends. Happy 10th Birthday, Georgia! 🥳🎂💕
