Hair Salon Cancellation Policy💗
At Salon 58 we strive to provide the highest level of service and accommodate all of our clients’ needs. To ensure fairness and availability for everyone, due to a high demand in appointments we are implementing a cancellation policy:
1. Appointment Cancellations
We require a minimum of 48 hours notice for all appointment cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client.
• Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may result in a cancellation fee of 75% of the scheduled appointment.
• No-show appointments will incur a fee of 100% of the scheduled service cost.
2. Repeated Cancellations
Clients who frequently cancel or reschedule appointments with less than 48 hours notice may be required to prepay for future services or place a deposit for all appointments.
