If you book with us and havnt paid deposit your booking isn't confirmed and you run the risk of us not turning up this want be our fault please make sure deposit is paid no later than the date requested to guarantee we attend

Deposits are transferable if you need to change date along as we have 72 hrs or more notice
Failing to notify us will cost the loss of deposit
Also if deposit isn't paid within the time frame stated it is chargable if we have issued invoice of confirmation booking to you failure to pay can lead to extra charges being added if we have to pursue payment

And castle n soft play hire require security deposit which will be returned on collection of inspection if any damage or deep cleaning is required due to neglect we will withhold the deposit to cover cost to clean or repair that is beyond reasonable use full instruction of use will be supplied on delivery
