REMEMBER REMEMBER the 6th of November…

‘Cause Duel-Drumming Rock and Rollers Sky Valley Mistress are bringing TWO of their favourite TWO-PIECE BANDS - dull. & Mademaker with them to a DUO DOUBLE DATE at Txhe Ferret! ⚡️🔥

>> >> >>

>> Sky Valley Mistress are a dual drumming, flare strolling tour de force of rock 'n' roll energy. They have a big sound and even bigger ideas and they rock like hellzappoppin'. Steeped in equal parts Stooges squalor and Sabbath fury they play a brand of fuzzed up hard rock that's difficult to to ignore. And with Kayley 'Hell Kitten' delivering full on in yer face, hot buttered soul vocals, they have it all, and with their new 'dual drumming' set up they are a truly exciting and unique proposition.

>> dull. - Lancaster’s post-punk and experimental noise duo, laying down motorik drums and fuzzy bass grooves. Their approach leans into tension and juxtaposition rather than tidy hooks. Fiery urgency wrapped in deliberate simplicity.

>> Mademaker are a two-piece heavy rock band from Warrington, UK. The band consists of James Stephen Parry on vocals/guitars and Bhavin Thaker on drums.

>> Fri 6th Nov
>> The Ferret, Preston
>> Doors 7PM

TONIGHT‼️brings us dystopian electronic sounds all the way from Montreal, Canada in the form of Annie-Claude Deschênes! With huge support from Temporary Bodies, 8-B1Tch & DJ Raze 🔊✨

Annie-Claude Deschênes embraces multidisciplinarity in her quest to merge music and performance art, challenging stage conventions.
Annie's solo project marks a shift from sheer aggression to dystopian disco vibes. Inspired by minimal pop and electronic pioneers, her debut album, LES MANIÈRES DE TABLE, is both danceable and disquieting, reexamining social codes of politeness.

Temporary Bodies (Bail / Barium Network) - Improvised live loops and swirling ambient textures, from Baroque to bleak, ending in quiet optimism.
8-B1Tch - Explosive chiptune with rapid-fire videogame arpeggios and relentless energy.

🎫£12 ADV, or £15 OTD! - Annie-Claude Deschênes (Duchess Says) dystopian electronic | Temporary Bodies + 8-B1Tch | Thu 15 Oct
