We have an amazing event coming up soon! Songwriting for q***rness is a workshop where you can go from being a complete beginner to writing your very own q***r protest song in the space of an afternoon.

At the end of the workshop you will have the choice to perform your song to the group and as an added bonus you will be invited to perform at the Pre Pride Party at Vinyl Tap in Preston on Friday 23rd September.

I can't wait for next Friday - it's going to be great!

Trash has a new home! Preston's only alternative LGBTQ+ night is now at The Ferret 🏳️‍🌈

Live music, followed by a DJ playing rock, metal, punk, indie, pop and q***r till late. Dress up or come as you are, this is an amazing inclusive night for all! 🤘

This month they have brought back some of their previous acts to celebrate the new venue.

👉Sally Pepper is an acoustic pop-punk singer-songwriter based in Blackpool, taking influence from alternative bands like All Time Low, Paramore and Fall Out Boy, as well pop artists like Taylor Swift and Miley Cyrus. She has toured extensively in the UK as both a headline act, and has shared the stage with the likes of fellow songwriters Lucy Spraggan and Grace Petrie.

👉indefinite articles is a singer-songwriter whose brand of acoustic punk takes cues from the likes of Against Me! and AJJ, American skate punk and a variety of sounds from their native Manchester.
Over the better part of the last decade, they have played songs about long nights, q***rness and Coronation Street in some of the UK's finest small venues and festivals.

👉Florian Maier is a popular member of the local lgbtq+ community, playing a wonderful mixture of punk, pop and even musicals. He always gets the party going!
