🌟 Coffee Bar Opportunity - Ready to Take Over 🌟

Looking for someone passionate and creative to take over running our beautiful, cosy coffee bar inside our studio ~ the perfect chance to run your own small business ☕✨

📸 Take a look at the space above…

This opportunity would really suit someone who loves baking and coffee and would enjoy serving their own homemade cakes and treats or sourcing them from local bakers 🍰

What’s included:
✨ A stylish, welcoming coffee space
✨ Built-in customers during regular evening classes
✨ Freedom to grow your own brand and choose more opening hours

Guaranteed opening times:
📅 Wednesday: 5–8pm
📅 Thursday: 5–8pm
📅 Friday: 5–8pm

During these times, we run aerial classes – so you’ll already have customers coming through the door.

Bonus:
You can open any other days/times (day or evening) to build the business your way.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone wanting to step into their own café business without starting completely from scratch.

📩 Message me for more details and to discuss costings or to come and view!
