Sweet-natured, innocent and blessed with a wonderfully unique way of looking at the world, Alice Horton is one of Dibley’s most beloved characters. ❤️

As Geraldine’s loyal verger and confidante, Alice may not always quite understand what’s going on… but that has never stopped her joining in!

And of course, we couldn’t introduce Alice without mentioning her beloved Hugo. 💕 Their wonderfully awkward, innocent and utterly adorable relationship proves that in Dibley, true love really can conquer all… even if neither of them is entirely sure what’s happening! 🤣

Taking on this iconic role is the fabulous Dawn Travell, bringing Alice’s warmth, innocence and brilliant comic moments to our Dibley Christmas!

With a line-up of world-class musicians, this orchestra perfectly captures the sound and style of Miller’s iconic Orchestra, bringing the swing era to life in every performance.

Led by Mark Porter, with the sublime vocals of Catherine Sykes and guest artist John James. Also featuring the Uptown Hall Jazz Band, with members drawn from the Orchestra and their own vocal group, The Moonlight Serenaders.
