New swimming sessions are now available as part of our weekly pool timetable!

General swimming in the teaching pool👉 enjoy our new learner pool sessions available Monday to Sunday.
▪️Monday: 11.30am - 12.30pm & 2.00pm - 3.00pm
▪️Tuesday - Thursday: 11.30am - 12.30pm & 2.30pm - 3.30pm
▪️Friday: 2.30pm - 3.30pm
▪️Saturday: 10.30am - 12.30pm & 2.30pm - 3.30pm
▪️Sunday: 9.30am - 11.30am & 12.30pm - 1.30pm

Adult only leisure swimming in the boom pool is back, enjoy a relaxed adult only lane swim session.
▪️Monday: 9.00pm - 10.00pm
▪️Wednesday: 2.30pm - 3.30pm
▪️Thursday (term time only): 9.30am - 11.00am

New fun swims at the centre, book our popular fun float sessions.
▪️Saturday: 3.30pm - 4.30pm

To celebrate the summer ☀️solstice we are holding a special soundwaves session.

Join us for a special Summer Solstice Soundwaves session outside on the Astro
*weather permitting on Sunday 21st June at 7.30am.

Join us for a tranquil class of self-discovery, meditation and Reiki whilst listening to the soundwaves.

During the session you will be totally immersed in the healing energy of reiki mixed with celestial sounds of the singing bowls as they guide you into deep meditation. You will experience total relaxation with balance of body, mind and spirit.

You may wish to bring a blanket, eye mask, pillow and mat for extra comfort.

*The session will move back into the studio if the weather is not suitable for an outdoor class.

Every child deserves to enjoy water safely 🩵
We are supporting 💦Drowning Prevention Week💦 the national water safety campaign by working to prevent drowning through education and awareness.

💫Soundwaves with Reiki 💫

🚨New July date - book on early as these sessions tend to sell out quickly.

Join us for a journey of self-discovery, in the swimming pool, as you drift away on our inflatable lounger whilst listening to sound waves, an experience of total relaxation. The session will generate the feeling of being calm and peaceful, in a meditative state.

During the session you will be totally immersed in the healing energy of reiki mixed with celestial sounds of the singing bowls as they guide you into deep meditation. You will experience total relaxation with balance of body, mind and spirit.

📅Date: Saturday 4th July
🕕Time: 4.00pm - 5.30pm
🌿Plus non-members can add a thermal spa session for an additional £10, please select the soundwaves with spa booking option when booking online

What to expect from the session:
▪️You will be required to complete a waiver prior to taking part in the session. This will be sent to you via email upon booking the session.
▪️The one and a half hour session includes a safety briefing before entering the pool.
▪️A lounger will be allocated to you based on swimming competency or preference.
▪️The session takes place within the swimming pool, you will be fully clothed so advise to dress in comfortable clothes, light weight layers and gym style clothing is most suitable.
▪️Please avoid wearing heavy clothing such as jeans, tracksuit and heavy jumpers.
▪️No shoes are permitted on the loungers.
▪️You may bring blankets and an eye mask for extra comfort.
