"Since we operate as a creative hub, which includes a professional recording studio, the vast majority of label releases come via the studio. I'm in and out of the studio on most days and every now and then, an artist catches my attention. It's at that point, that I'll have an initial conversation about releasing on the label. Keeping our releases 'home grown' as it were, allows for a more organic approach.
