Life Drawing at Tredgolds was a success! Such a fantastic space full of history and great atmosphere. Thank you to our brilliant model for the dynamic poses.
I think it's safe to say Paint & Draw Atelier will be continuing many more of its life drawing classes and courses here.

🌳 Join us for a special weekend workshop with Alan Daysh exploring landscape sketching and painting in oils at a chosen outdoor location.

Across two days, Alan will guide you through his process of working en plein air — sketching outdoors in charcoal and oils, capturing atmosphere, light and movement directly from the landscape. You’ll then use these studies to develop a larger painting back in the studio.

This workshop is a great opportunity to gain insight into Alan’s working methods, loosen up your approach to landscape painting, and build confidence working from observation.

Katie and Ella will be on hand throughout the weekend to facilitate and support students during the sessions.

And that’s a wrap!! Last session of Portrait Bootcamp in oils today 👤🙃

Huge thank you to all our students for joining us over the last 6 weeks - the progress, energy and paintings that came out of this course have been so impressive. From underpaintings to full palette portraits, it’s been amazing watching everyone push themselves and experiment along the way. 🎨

We’ve loved teaching you all and can’t wait for the next course - Figure Drawing in Charcoal & Ink. Thanks again for being part of it ❤️
