Our Story

Well, first and foremost, we ABSOLUTELY don’t take ourselves too seriously! :-) Our dancing is far from perfect! But what we ARE all about is entertainment and providing a fun and interactive show for everyone to enjoy! After discovering we were both MASSIVE fans of The Blues Brothers, Karen and me (Debs) decided that - rather than just paying homage to our favourite floor fillers from across the decades, why not ALSO pay our own homage with a twist to Jake and Elwood! We don’t pledge musical accuracy, and we don’t try to emulate the exact characters from the film, but what we DO do is offer a fun, comedy musical cabaret show, effectively incorporating TWO shows for the price of ONE! BARGAIN CITY!! :-) We start by performing a fantastic selection of classic Floor Filler hits from the 60s to the 00s; Tina Turner to Take That, Sandi Shaw to the Spice Girls, Daft Punk to Dionne Warwick and much more! Then, following a swift costume change and we morph into our version of Jake and Elwood Blues for a high energy homage to the legends that are The Blues Brothers! Featuring classic songs such as "Everybody Needs Somebody", "Sweet Home Chicago", "Shake a Tailfeather" and waaaay to more to mention! Why not get in touch, or come along to a gig and find out more!!
