An update from our Wellbeing Hub 'Ladies Who Lift' class, and a couple of spotlights we wanted to share.

First, Helen (in the white t-shirt), who's been with us since day one. She's been coming to class for a chat and to catch up with the group, sometimes for some lighter movement. It's great to see her keep coming back.

And on the far left, meet Eleanor. She's new to the class but not new to determination, at 87 (soon to be 88), she's our oldest participant to date, coming twice a week and loving every session.

We're bringing the cameras into a few classes at Horizon Guildford next week.

On Thursday 10th September, we'll be filming across classes running 10:30am–1:45pm, including Body Pump and Somatic Yoga Flow. If you're a member who's never quite got round to trying a class, or you've hovered by the studio door and not gone in, this one's for you.

We want to show what our classes are really like, so you can see exactly what to expect before you ever have to walk in for the first time.

A few things to know:

💪Your instructor will give you a heads up before the session, so nobody's walking in cold
💪Please just let us know if you'd rather not be filmed and we'll make sure you're set up to one side of the room and out of any content, to enjoy your class, no questions asked
💪No pressure, just a supportive room and instructors who'll meet you where you're at
