Maybe I get it from my uncle? I think subconsciously I make art that’s similar to my grandmas or my uncles. And that’s where I get my sketchbook love partly from. I remember being in Wagamama’s when he got out his glue stick, posca pens and moleskin notebook (he religiously only used moleskin) and started drawing our meal.
