Unfortunately we have been alerted to an incident of graffiti at the skatepark today. It has now been removed. The incident is on CCTV and the police has been informed as it is a criminal offence. Please help keep the skatepark graffiti free… 👍🏻

AUCTION UPDATE - Stunt Scooter

We are pleased to announce that the Stunt Scooter was auctioned for £50 yesterday at our Launch Event.

The lucky winner was even using it at the end of the event 😄

This money will go into the WASP pot for future expenditure - which could be more free skateboard lessons or go towards something else for the Wheels Park like more seating.

We would like to thank everyone who came along to our Launch Jam yesterday at the Lake Grounds.

It might have been cloudy but I think everyone enjoyed themselves, especially the skateboarders, scooters and BMX bikers. 🥳

We had some great competitions for all ages and abilities. The youngest one being 2 years old on his push bike 🚴

Thank you to Maverick Skateparks for running the event for us, to The Butcher's Block - Portishead for providing a BBQ and for all the volunteers who helped us.

We can now start thinking about how we top this next year 😃
