We’re hosting a 2‑day Children’s Art Retreat for older children on 26–27 October 2026 at Ferry Boat Arts. Come unwind, make new friends and explore our animal theme through painting, collage and the use of different materials.

1st of September means Autumn in my books..... my favourite season, crispy leaves changing colour, warm drinks, shorter days, cooling weather, pumpkins! Our autumnal classes are live on the website. Good luck with everyone who is back in school or starting school this week.

We have a week before our regular classes start back. Not that means a week off. It means preparing the sensory room.

We have it all set up and ready for use, though there are a few more bits to put up and we still need to fund raise for those big expensive items. Any fund raising ideas please let us know. Or if you or any local businesses's wish to donate we would be so grateful. It will really benefit those children who need it!

This under the ocean space is for children with additional needs or anxiety. It is a space that children can feel safe, calm down and relax in a way that suits them. We have a dark room, a sensory calm corner and space where children can swing, engage with fidget toys and sensory toys.
It's also a space where mums/dads/carers can also talk.

9am - 6pm
Bookings are
£10 for 45mins
£25 for 45 mins for up to 3 children.

Yesterday was our final muddy makers of the summer holidays. We had so much messy fun, ending with an impromptu foam fight!

THANK YOU for everyone who has supported us through the summer holidays. We appreciate it so much, seeing so many happy smiling kids, makes what we do so worthwhile.
