We have an exciting opportunity, we are currently looking for a volunteer to help out for a couple hours a week on a Tuesday, after school, 4.15pm - 6.15pm
We will pay travel expenses. Duties will include helping guide children with their art projects, preparing art work, setting up and clearing away. No experience necessary. Would suit a student or someone who wants experience in working with children or someone who enjoys creativity. Term time only. Immediate start.
Could lead to paid work during school holidays.

Introducing our new look Stay & Play sessions

"MUDDY MAKERS"

We are beginning our 1st muddy makers session next Wednesday afternoon, celebrating Earth Day! Come and join us for some Earth crafts and messy play.

Great for children aged 2.5yrs - 9 years....
pre=schoolers and home-schooled children
Spaces are limited to promote inclusion.

Two years ago I had an idea to turn some unused land into an outdoor art centre. A year later we began, pitched up in a very leaky tent. It was a hit! With a lot of help and support from our community, businesses, our team of employees and the brilliant Mr Ferry Boat Arts! we now have a caravan, an outdoor classroom and we are in the process of building a sensory room, with the help of grants and donations.
We are truly grateful for the support from parents and children. We aim to offer something slightly different where children can express themselves freely.

I finished a 5 week course, working with a lovely group of women from Neath Port Talbot Council Trailblazers Group.
We had lots of fun trying different crafts from bird feeders, watercolour painting, clay and needle felting. It was lovely seeing everyone's creativity coming out. 🌻

We had a fab Play and Stay today. Rain did not stop playing and the children even finished with a water fight!!
We had fun making smores and plenty of hot chocolate to warm tummies! We made our own chalk paint, and butterflies.

Easter stay and play

Looking forward to celebrating the start of spring in and plenty of messy play.
The weather keeps changing, but we will have lots of fun despite the weather. Please dress appropriately.

What a fabulous Easter stay and play today! Lots of creative and messy fun was had by all! Once again the children had fun making potions, chalking, painting, pastels. We made Easter bunnies. We toasted hot cross buns on the fire and had hot chocolate.
The sun came out to play.
Lovely to see so many faces, both new and old. This was a fully booked session. Thank you to everyone who came.
