Tee Taylor Studio

Tee Taylor Studio Welcome to Tee Taylor Studio. Specialist in one of a kind stained, painted and fused glass. Created in Wales. We love making well-crafted designs.

Customers either want to treat themselves, or offer something as a gift that you cannot find anywhere else. Tee makes glass items, either by fusing glass in a kiln at 800 degrees or using traditional stained glass techniques. Howie takes photographs inspired by nature and then makes them into lovely prints or homewares. Both Tee and Howie make items in fabric, from one of a kind bags to baby accessories. In summary, we like colour and love to incorporate it into contemporary artisanal designs.

I am experimenting with taking product photos outside. This bowl looks like it is made of ice, but it certainly wouldn't last long on a day like today if it were! ๐Ÿ˜€

Today I am making Christmas decorations! I like the back to be as pretty as the front so I add gilding. Not actual gold in this case, but something called Dutch Leaf.

When the sun is shining, I like to set my workstation up outdoors. I love to see the sunlight twinkling on the work in progress. Next step will be to gild the pieces.

This piece is set onto a glass stand so it can be displayed on a shelf or windowsill. Opaque antique black glass which I have re-made by fusing in a kiln at around 800 degrees C.
The whole piece is 20cm square.

I have just finished an experimental piece. Black fused glass on a white background. I am hoping the piece is easy to see, even though there is a lot of light bouncing off it due to it being a lovely day. The panel is 30cm across.
