Hello again! 👋

Here’s our founder Janna with the animal totem guardians, all ready to make their journey to Durlston Country Park, where they’ll be watching over our exhibition. 🐘🦉🐴✨

Janna talks about how some of the pieces had to be remade after problems during the firing process. But along the way, we realised something rather important — our show isn’t about perfection. It’s about creativity, expression and celebrating everything our artists have achieved. 💛

We can’t wait to welcome you to the show!

Today we have Kate explaining what our artists hope visitors will understand and take away from Edible Conversations.

This exhibition is about more than ceramics — it’s about giving our artists a voice, sharing their thoughts and feelings, and helping people see and understand the world from their point of view. 💛

Meet artist Anna Hinsul 👋🎨

Here Anna is adding the finishing glaze to her Worry Monster, bringing her wonderfully expressive creation to life before its final firing.

The monster gives a physical, sometimes wonderfully strange form to real worries, fears and feelings — allowing Anna’s thoughts to be seen and heard through her work.

Today we have Janna, our founder, introducing the Worry Monsters 👹 — another powerful part of our September exhibition, Edible Conversations.

Each Worry Monster has been created from the real worries, fears and difficult thoughts our artists deal with every day, giving those feelings a physical, but wonderfully imaginative, form.

They may look whimsical, but behind every monster is something very real. ❤️

Here's the finished ceramic Celebration Cake, the centrepiece of our exhibition at Durlston Country Park this September! 🎂✨

The cake celebrates over 23 years of 15 Days in Clay, with each tier showcasing one of our major exhibitions through the years – Boats, Clocks, Talking Heads, Gathering, and Seed.

We're delighted that the Celebration Cake, along with an article about 15 Days in Clay, has been featured in the Dorset Echo. Thank you for helping us share our artists' incredible work with even more people.
