I don’t always blow my own trumpet so I will let Claudia Winkleman do it for me :) This is the second time one of my pieces has been on The Traitors UK 🤗 🍺. Over 10k sales, to 79 countries with an average 4.9/5 star rating.
Other films and TV you can see my work includes, Rings of Power (LOTR), Last Kingdom, Knight of the Seven Kingdoms (GoT), B**r Commercials and there are also a couple of upcoming blockbusters that I can’t mention until after their releases next year :)

The Valkyrie, hope you like her 🪽⚔️

Sorry for the delay in posting her. A full week of work from gluing up the shield, drawing up the design and getting confirmation from the customer, a lot of carving, sanding and polishing.
She is an addition to the Valkyrie axe I did a few months ago 🤗🤗🪓💪🪽

The first of this weeks projects A tool forged to oppose the power of Mjölnir...” 🪵⚡
This latest made-to-order project was an absolute journey to carve. Taking the iconic silhouette of Kratos’ Leviathan Axe, I wanted to infuse it with authentic historical styles.
The blade features traditional Urnes-style beasties—dragons and serpents tightly woven together.
Moving down the shaft, clean Nordic knotwork gives way to a fierce dragon head carved seamlessly into the deer’s foot at the base.
A massive thank you to my customer for letting me bring this beast to life!

Three chests, one happy customer. ⚔️

I just finished this set for a customer who wanted something proper, practical, and a bit Norse without looking like it raided Odin’s loft.

The centre chest got the red serpent carving, and the others were built to match the story. If you want something made just for you, drop me a message.

A tent full of proper Viking calm 🛡️

I love seeing my pieces out in the wild, doing what they were made for. This setup just feels right, like it was waiting for a few carved details to wake it up. An authentic Viking A-frame tent for a reenactor, a proper 3m x 3m shelter built to bring a Viking camp to life.

The carved dragon heads at the top give it that extra bit of Norse character, all made by hand for a tent that looks at home around the fire, at a living-history event, or on the battlefield.

The Bear & Mjolnir is finished, what do you think of it. 🐻⚔️

A week of work from gluing up the shield, drawing up the design and getting confirmation from the customer, a lot of carving, sanding and polishing.
I don’t normally varnish but as this beast is travelling 10,000 miles to Australia 🇦🇺 it had to be done to get through customs 😳🤓

The Valkyrie has been waiting patiently while I worked on her bigger neighbour. Today it was her turn. 🛡️

The 22" Valkyrie shield is smaller than the Bear & Mjolnir, but don't let that fool you — the detail work on this one is no less demanding. The Valkyrie herself is taking shape across the face of the shield, wings spread, sword in hand. The Norse knew that fierceness and grace aren't opposites. This piece agrees.

Both shields nearly done. Hopefully finish them both by Friday.
