Formally known as the Hog n Hosper, this venue was sadly missed when it closed its doors to the public a few years ago. Nick Byrne, a local musician and producer took this opportunity to invest in the building. Since this acquisition there have been a number of improvements to the venue including a new performance room, sound and lighting rig. Also, a complete refit of the toilets and a new hallwa

y extension. The Dragonffli has already been open for over 12 months and has hosted countless gigs and charity functions. Unfortunately this Saturdays Gig The Dragonffli with Attari has been cancelled and we will be closed.

We booked these back in March as we decided to start putting some covers bands on. We reached out to the band yesterday to confirm times to load in etc and after having to go around full circle they informed us the band were having issues and would no longer be able to play the gig the date was still advertised on their page and had we not had reached out it appears they would have just not turned up on Saturday.

Spent time yesterday messaging other covers bands yesterday to see if any where available to fill the slot as we are very keen to give this a go but unfortunately it was just to short notice.

Ardal South-East Status confirmed…………..

This evening the FAW confirmed the composition of the FAW Men’s National Leagues (Tiers 1-3) for the 2026/2027 season and we find ourselves in some illustrious company.

Thank you to everyone who has played a part in reaching this milestone.

The hard work continues as we look forward to our first season at this level.
