As I head out of the door to get setup, a reminder to everyone regarding whats going on in town today.

I will personally be down on Ropergate making some noise outside the doors of The Old PO with a full day of entertainment, live music and dancing! Kicking off at 10am all the way through until 4pm, bring the family down to enjoy the festivities!

OH, and yes we'll be open for take away beers 🥳🍺🍻🍹🍾

What an absolute corker of a weekend we've got incoming! Kids back at school, payday just come around, YES!!

Friday sees the return of our pals Dirty Little Secrets! Bringing the energy and the best in pop punk bangers, theres already a reyt group of us lot heading out to see these fellas! Come with, but you're getting the first round of shots in! 🙃

We know a lot of you may be venturing elsewhere, but if you're a fan of acoustic guitar bangers and cheap ale - we've got something just for you! Ryan Godfrey Music is making his first visit to the PO and you should come and see him. He's proper good!

Into the evening, and the crazilty popular Dial Tones are rocking up. They are young, handsome and energetic.....everything I'm not so they make me sick, BUT they play proper cool tunes and you'll love em. Get in early for this one, will be packed!

Speaking of packed.......we should 'pack' it in giving you all this amazing live music 😜😜😜 but we're not. So rod off. You'll have to come and finish the weekend off with the best Sunday you'll have this side of Ropergate! Rockaoke returns and we can't wait. Just a few blokes kicking things off, and then BOOM - chaos. We wouldn't want it any other way.
