We just wanted to come on here and say we are pleased to announce that we have been sharing the wealth!
After everybody’s generous donations we have decided to pay it forward to a number of other events that happen in our beautiful village throughout the year!
We have donated £500 each to The Fireworks Committee, The Christmas Lights Committee and The Water Carnival to help ensure these events bring the best they have to offer!
We also have donated £250 to The Methodist Chapel as without them, the festival would struggle to run! They do a lot of the behind the scenes stuff for us just to help make the festival run smoothly and we really are grateful for them!
Please do keep an eye out for these events coming up throughout the year and we hope you support them just like you support us!

TOMORROW!

We have a fantastic village summer fete on Big Green!

So head on down to help raise money for our annual Christmas lights!

We will also be selling some more festival merchandise if you still wanted to grab yourself a piece of Polperro!

We as the festival committee just want to say a huge thank you.
Thank you to all of you, from volunteering your time on the bar or marshalling, to putting money in the buckets and donating! This festival is for you guys and we are so glad you all could enjoy it!
We do have a GoFundMe link if you still want to donate, all money raised goes right back into making the festival bigger and better each year!

We are going to take a little while off to recuperate, but will back with updates and more over the coming months so keep your eyes peeled!

SUNDAY 21st JUNE

10am - Starting off bright and early we have another church service on Big Green led by local parishes of Polperro and Talland!

2:30pm - On the main stage we have C Force, a Plymouth based vocalist, guitarist and songwriter!

4:30pm - After that we have Daddy Long Legs taking on the Big Green stage! A 4 piece band playing a range of mod, ska, new wave and 90s britpop!

5:30pm - Now it’s time for our version of the grand national! It’s time for Polperro’s Duck Race! Starting over at the Model Village, these ducks will travel all the way down through the village onto the inner harbour! Do you have the lucky duck? Purchase ducks from the information stand all week but get them fast as they always sell out!

6:30pm - Finalising the music of our festival on the main stage is Take A Chance On Us! An abba tribute band which will surely have you dancing and wanting more! You cannot miss the last band of the festival!

8:15pm - Once all the music has died down on Big Green we have the burning of the wickerman in Polperro Beach! An ancient Celtic traditional!

After the music has finished on the main stage, why not disperse into the local pubs to see some more fantastic live musical acts? The party doesn’t have to stop!

SATURDAY 20th JUNE

12:45pm - You are in for a treat! Local Bizniz are performing on the main stage on Big Green!

2:15pm - Fancy Dress for adults starts today! Prizes for best dressed to be won! No theme so get creative!

2:30pm - Kicking off the bands on the main stage is Feel Good Factory! A seven piece band playing some crazy mashups! This will get you moving!

4:30pm - The Jack are playing next on Big Green with an emphasis on classic rock songs blended with a love of punk and traditional Irish music!

6:30pm - Hold The Line are ending our music on the main stage! This Toto inspired tribute band will delivers some of the best hits spanning four decades with their six piece band!

After the music has finished on the main stage, why not disperse into the local pubs to see some more fantastic live musical acts? The party doesn’t have to stop!

Well today is Foodie Friday and Craft Day! Come on down to Big Green to see a wide selection of delicious foods and wonderful craft items!

FRIDAY 19th JUNE

12pm - We have an amazing selection of local crafts and delicious food today all across Big Green! Come down and explore and try some indulgent food made by local makers.

1:30pm - Whilst enjoying the delights on Big Green we have music from Kate Delbridge!

2:30pm - Next up is a Polperro favourite with They’re There! They will be able to get your head bobbing and toes tapping with his tunes!

4pm - From 4pm we have our infamous eating competitions! Firstly starting with the oyster eating competition sponsored by Kittys Crab and Seafood Shack! £15 entry!

4:30pm - Then afterwards we have our Great Polperro Bake Off! Consider yourself a master baker? Then why not enter for your chance to be judged by the Lord Mayor and win the coveted prize! This years theme is cookies!

5pm - Turning up the heat for the eating competition is the chilli wing competition sponsored by the Cornish Chilli Factory! Not for the faint hearted! £5 entry!

7pm - Rounding out the music for the evening on the main stage we have Revelation Roots, a unique and uplifting original reggae band with a twist of ska and dub.
