Hello, we are Sophie & Lucy. Welcome to Starlite School Of Dance! We have been running Starlite since 2012, before which it was know for over 50 years as the Marnic School of Dance. We are also proud winners of the Marjorie Lyndon Award 2016! Starlite offers many fantastic classes throughout the week for Ballet, Tap, Freestyle, Mini Movers & Adult Tap which are held at our various locations in Pl

ympton, Chaddlewood & Eggbuckland. We hold exams twice a year for pupils wanting to do so with the National Association Of Teachers Of Dancing (NATD) to progress our students through the graded syllabus and awards. Our students all also enjoy performing at local events such as the Lord Mayors Day, Eggbuckland Summer Fair and of course our bianual Showcase! The school aims to provide not only a high standard of teaching but also a lot of fun! We believe dance is about more than just learning the steps. Thankyou

Today we send you off wishing you every success in the future! The first ever dance class I taught there was a little 3 year old with a big fringe, big smile and big talent. You have literally been what we have grown Starlite into from the very start.
To have had the pleasure of teaching you for 15 years and watching you grow and develop into amazing young lady you are today has been so special.
Your talent hasn’t only been in your actual dancing, you have been such a wonderfully skilled assistant teacher idolised and loved by all our students who have had the pleasure of being taught by you.
I cannot tell you how much we will all miss you but we cannot wait to see what you achieve in your promising future.
We love you, please don’t be a stranger I won’t cope 😢
