I organised a roundtable with Hannah Harris from Plymouth Culture to meet representatives from the many amateur theatre groups across the city.
Thank you to Theatre Royal Plymouth for hosting us.
It was a really good conversation which helped me understand the scope of the sector in the city and the current challenges and issues. There are thousands of people, of all ages, who are enormously involved in this part of city life and their passion came through loud and clear!
Thank you for giving up your time and hopefully this meeting will be just the start.
