🌟 We’re Hiring: Finance & Operations Assistant (Part-Time, Flexible & Remote/Hybrid) 🌟
Do you love keeping things organised, on time and balanced?
We’re Player Ready Level Up Alternative Provision, a fast-growing education company helping children and young people with SEND through creative learning and gaming.
We’re looking for someone who’s great with Xero, loves keeping on top of invoices, payments and cashflow, and feels comfortable emailing or speaking with parents, schools and local authorities.
💼 What you’ll be doing:
✅ Creating and sending invoices in Xero
✅ Chasing and resolving payment queries (politely and confidently!)
✅ Processing incoming supplier bills and receipts
✅ Keeping our weekly cashflow forecast up to date
✅ Helping keep our finance systems tidy and on track
📅 Hours:
2–3 days per week (or 5 half-days – flexible around school hours)
🏠 Remote or hybrid – UK-based
💰 £25–30k FTE (pro-rata depending on experience)
💡 You’ll need:
• Strong Xero experience (must-have!)
• Confidence communicating with people by email and phone
• Great organisation and attention to detail
• A friendly, professional attitude
