Our Mission

To celebrate information research exchange and build partnerships between Postgraduates researching all aspects of Modernity

This conference will provide Postgraduate students (taught and research) from institutions in the UK with the opportunity to discuss and present ideas on the significance and impact of Modernity. We welcome papers from anyone working within the fields of Literature, History, Art History, Architecture and Cultural Studies.
The conference is hosted by Plymouth University School of Humanities and Performing Arts.

The conference programme is being prepared and we will be publishing a copy of this very soon. The day is shaping up to be unmissable, with panellists from across academic disciplines and joining us in Plymouth from across the country. We are particularly excited to welcome Professor Daniel Katz, University of Warwick and Dr. Vike Martina Plock, University of Exeter as the conference's keynote speakers.

Panellists will be welcomed from University of Arts London, University of Oxford, University of Hull, Sheffield Hallam University, Oxford Brooks, University of Bath and Plymouth University.
