FLAT PIERCING 🩸
Florence initially came to me for her septum piercing, however after assessing her anatomy I realised this would’ve been an extremely difficult - if not impossible - piercing to execute due to her deviated septum. One side of her cartilage was raised higher , meaning the sweet spot sat at a slanted angle and was also extremely small. Rather than attempting a piercing that could heal wonky or incorrectly placed, I recommended she seek a second opinion from a more experienced piercer.
Instead, we chose this super cute flat piercing and I absolutely love how it turned out! ✨
Florence also let me know she has a history of fainting during or after piercings. We took our time, did some breathing exercises beforehand, and made sure she felt comfortable throughout the appointment. I’m happy to say she did amazingly and didn’t faint at all! 🖤
Every piercing is anatomy dependent and sometimes the best decision is knowing when to say “not today.” Your safety and giving you the best possible result will always come first.

MIDI HELIX AND FLAT PIERCING 🪡
Daisy came in with an already very pretty setup, but we wanted to add a little extra and balance out some of the areas of her ears that needed a little something more.
We went with these gold anodised titanium labrets, finished with a black diamond on the midi helix and a gold star on the flat.

Mollie came in today to add to her stacked lobes and flat✨
Initially, she wanted a midi helix, however after assessing her anatomy we decided this placement wouldn’t be the best option. Her helix ridge sits closely against her conch ridge, meaning a piercing in this area could potentially leave the jewellery with limited space and create healing complications. Instead, we opted for a flat piercing - a placement that complemented her ear beautifully while allowing for a healthier healing process 💫
It was so much fun adding a fourth lobe piercing too! Mollie has amazing anatomy and we already have plans to continue building her setup with some smaller studs above her original piercings.
