We are delighted to announce our 2nd ‘Grown Up & Graceful’ Ballet Intensive 🩰

The wonderful Isaac Peter Bowry will be heading back to Plymouth to instruct, inspire, encourage and to make sure everyone leaves with a smile on their face and a spring in their step!

The day will consist of a warm up, ballet class, classical repertoire (TBC) and a cool down/stretch to end the day.

Lots of beautiful movement, new technical ideas to out and lots of fun!

Suitable for dances aged 16-55yrs who have previous ballet experience.

If you are a beginner who is interested in attending a Grown Up & Graceful event, please do get in touch - we will schedule a beginners day if we have enough interest.

Places are limited to 14 dancers, so please message ASAP if you are interested in attending 😊

Who is Grown Up & Graceful?

Grown Up & Graceful has been created to bring high quality dance events, masterclasses and intensives to Devon's adult dance community.

Grown Up & Graceful has been set up by former professional dancer Maryam Pourian, who lives and teaches in Plymouth. Through her teaching work, Maryam noticed while they're were many ballet workshops in the region for children and youth dancers, there weren't many professional ballet workshops being offered for adult dancers.

The idea for Grown Up & Graceful was born!

Led by local professional classical ballet teachers and guest teachers from across the country, Grown Up & Graceful will host a range of dance events and workshops throughout the year.

We hope our dance events will be a place for local dancers to connect, develop and enhance their dancing and passion for ballet.
