Sound Bath Meditation and Thai dinner ( Light meal)

Relaxing sounds can have a therapeutic and healing effect that can help to release stress and tension, induce relaxation, improve creativity, intuition and concentration, relieve pain, release toxins, encourage better sleep patterns and improve general health and well-being.

Working on the principle of ‘entrainment’, brainwaves become attuned to the harmonic sound and naturally slow down to a theta/meditative state, which induces the body’s own healing potential.

In this restorative sound bath, you will be held in a cocoon of the relaxing and soothing sounds of Crystal and Himalayan Singing Bowls, Ethereal Tongue Drum, Elemental Chimes and Vocal Harmonies.

After the session you will enjoy Julie’s Thai cooking which will be light & refreshing meal for example : Veggie spring rolls, mushrooms/broccoli in coconut soup/vermicelli Padthai.

Please bring a cosy blanket, pillow, eye pillow and something comfortable to lie on such as a yoga mat and extra blanket. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early.
