We’re delighted to welcome La Focaccia to Flavours of Yorkshire Festival at Galtres Park, Pickering (4–5 July 2026).
At La Focaccia, everything starts with time, patience, and tradition 🇮🇹
Their signature focaccia is slow-fermented for up to 96 hours, creating a beautifully light texture and deep, rich flavour before being baked to golden perfection and finished with olive oil.
