For our latest birthday celebration, our residents requested a karaoke partyโ€”and what a fantastic afternoon it was! From timeless classics by the Rolling Stones to plenty of other favourites, everyone had the chance to grab the microphone, sing along, and enjoy lots of laughter and fun.

The bra recycling scheme takes your unwanted or unloved bras and through the network of bra banks raises vital funds for pioneering breast cancer research.

What a wonderful Friday social! Residents and visitors were treated to fantastic entertainment from the talented Foxy Sounds. Another wonderful Gala Dinner evening enjoyed by our residents tonight โœจ๐Ÿฝ๏ธ
Held on the last Wednesday of every month, our Gala Dinner is always a special occasion โ€” bringing everyone together in the bistro for great food, laughter, and even better company.
Tonightโ€™s delicious Maltese cuisine was thoroughly enjoyed, while traditional Maltese music played softly in the background, creating the perfect atmosphere for an evening filled with conversation, smiles, and lovely memories. Itโ€™s evenings like these that truly highlight the sense of community and friendship we cherish so much โค๏ธ

โ˜€๏ธ๐Ÿป What a fantastic way to celebrate National Beer Garden Day on Friday 22nd May!
With the sunshine shining down on us, our residents and staff enjoyed a wonderful afternoon out in the garden filled with music, laughter, and great company. ๐ŸŽถ๐Ÿ’ƒ๐Ÿ‘
A huge thank you to Hannah Cross, who amazed everyone with her incredible vocals and had the whole garden singing, dancing, and clapping along. What a truly special performance! ๐ŸŒŸ
To top off the celebrations, residents and staff enjoyed our very first BBQ of the year, freshly prepared by our amazing kitchen team. ๐Ÿ”๐ŸŒญ๐Ÿ”ฅ The food was delicious and enjoyed by all!
Days like these create such special memories, and it was wonderful to see so many smiling faces enjoying the sunshine together. โค๏ธ

This week, we were proud to celebrate International Nurses Day and recognise the wonderful nurses living within our care home.

Throughout their careers, they dedicated their lives to caring for others with compassion, skill, and kindness. Their commitment, professionalism, and selflessness touched countless lives and continue to inspire us every day.

It was a privilege to honour and thank them for the incredible contribution they have made to the nursing profession and to the communities they served so devotedly.

Your legacy of care, compassion, and dedication will never be forgotten. ๐Ÿ’™
