Even more importantly a huge thank you to the guys at Petersfield Skate Jam who put it on! Despite multiple cancellations due to bad weather, they stuck with it and what a success!

Somebody have an awesome time in the bowl last night?

It's always a shame when we have to post stuff like this. This weekend (Saturday 9th May) a group of people thought it would be a good idea to have a fire inside the bowl. The high temperature caused the surface of the bowl to crack and has now left a hole! Our clean up crew, who arrived Sunday morning, usually have to deal with just litter but were shocked at the disrespect to the park and it's users. The council have already been informed, and it has been flying round various forums. If you have any information regarding the matter and wish to remain anonymous then please send a private message to Petersfield Skatepark.

this is the latest plans for the extension. some people think it is a waste of money and that there simply isn't a large enough wheelchair user-base to warrant it. what do you think? this is the future of your skatepark, please get involved and make your opinion heard.

A skatepark designed specifically for wheelchair users is being planned by a children's charity in Hampshire.
