🎒 Back to School... and Time to Swim! 🏊‍♀️

As the summer holidays come to an end and the new school year begins, it could be the perfect time to start something new!

If your child is 4 years old and has now started full-time education, they can enrol in our Learn to Swim programme.

💙 Swimming lessons are £26 per month, which includes:
🏊 Weekly swimming lessons
🌊 Access to General Swim sessions at no extra cost as part of their Learn to Swim membership

Swimming lessons are a great way to build water confidence, swimming skills and independence while learning an important life skill.

Just a quick reminder that Peterlee Leisure Centre will be closed on Monday 31st August for the Summer Bank Holiday.

📢 Swimming Lesson Price Update – from 1 September 2026

From 1 September 2026, there will be some changes to our swimming lesson prices at Peterlee Leisure Centre.

The new prices will be:

🏊 Children’s Learn to Swim: £26 per month
🏊 Adult Swimming Lessons: £33 per month
🏊 Private 1-to-1 Swimming Lessons: £26 per lesson
🏅 Awards & Certificates: £4

There is no need to make any changes to your existing Direct Debit.

If you have any questions about your swimming lessons or membership, please speak to a member of the team at Peterlee Leisure Centre.
