Right then. It's now official. We're opening our first Higgsy's restaurant in the town centre. We've taken over what was the Shed Smokehouse, and also the lovely Pizza Parlour for a long time, on Cowgate. We've been in all week painting and trying to get things ready for next week.
We've had a frankly ridiculous amount of people stopping after seeing us in there, thank you all so much for your really kind words of encouragement, they're really needed as we're about to take this big step.
From next week we'll be open with a lunchtime special (please tag everyone you know who works locally to us! 🙏) and also in the eves for burgers, fries and beers from the fully licensed bar.
We're going to bust our arses to try and make sure this is a fantastic evolution of Higgsy's for you all!! ❤️🫶❤️🫶 PLEASE help us spread the word by tagging people who'd like to hear about this.
Also, just so you're aware, Paul Bristow knew this was coming, hence the free town centre parking. That's for you lot 🤣🤣
