Acting for Camera is a unique and challenging skill, borrowing many skills from stage acting, but also require a whole new set of skills. ⁉️ That's right, we have been cooking this summer! M.J. Performing Arts are going to be offering exam classes, starting on spring 2027. You need to be a member of PQA Peterborough in order to enroll on these brand new classes, so book your taster ASAP and join our amazing family! ⭐

What are Trinity exams? They are graded exams, regulated by Ofqual, offering qualifications to pupils across the country. At Grade 5, these exams are comparable to a GCSE, and Grades 6 - 8 offer UCAS points, which means they can be used to help young people apply for university AND can be added to a young persons CV as an official qualification! 🎭

Is it included on a PQA Membership? No, the cost for these qualifications and the 6 bespoke classes in the build up to the exam are an additional cost; depending on the grade we enter your child for, it may be up to £150. 📖

What qualifications do we offer? We are going to begin with the Acting qualification, which students will be introduced to in their Comedy & Drama module. We do plan to offer Musical Theatre and Film & TV specific qualifications by the end of 2027, so watch this space! 😍
