Head in the Sand Sessions

Head in the Sand Sessions Head in the Sand Sessions is a monthly folk session that meets at the Ostrich Pub, Peterborough. These sessions will be a join-in and play session.

Mostly English tunes, and some songs. All instruments/ abilities welcome.

Not your average Sunday fare - a Righteous Ruaille Buaille at The Ostrich Inn Peterborough, this Sunday (10th December) - Skimmington Ride playing live from 5pm, preceded by our regular Head In The Sand Folk session between 1pm and 4pm - it may be a little bit raucous, there may be singing and hollering and foot stomping and dancing - we hope you can join us……

Apologies about the silence, this summer has been rather busy! We are back, slightly different for October, the next session will be this Sunday 1st October! At the usual venue of the Ostrich and will be 1-4pm again! All sessions after this one will be 2nd Sunday just have to change for October!

This Sunday we will be having our monthly session at the Ostrich in Peterborough. Reminder we will be sat inside again as the space works better and it’s warmer. Looking forward to see you all there!
