A few weeks ago, our Lift Strong block came to an end. This small‑group training programme was designed for individuals looking to master the fundamentals of strength training, with a strong focus on compound lifts.
It was a fantastic block, with everyone fully committing to the full 6 weeks and putting in a great effort throughout. By the end of the programme, Mark, our fitness instructor, was extremely pleased with the improvements in technique and the increase in weights lifted. Well done to everyone who took part!
Due to the positive feedback, we’re delighted to introduce additional Lift Strong sessions. These will now run as drop‑in sessions, targeting both upper and lower body.
