Fu*k you, that’s right, a big 🖕
The last six months have been a struggle to say the least.
The fire on South Street.
The cancer scares.
The unexplained weight loss.
The mental spiral.
The list goes on.
And you wonder why I was almost committed.
The honest truth is this, I was S**T scared.
I thought I’d lost my business.
I thought I’d lost my health.
I thought I’d lost my mind.
I was standing on the edge, watching everything I’d built feel like it was slipping through my fingers.
And that’s when it hit me.
Something had to change.
Not everything.
Not the world.
Not other people.
Just ONE thing.
And that one thing was me.
I made the change.
No one else did it for me.
No doctor.
No system.
No miracle.
ME.
I showed up when I didn’t want to.
I kept going when fear was screaming at me to stop.
I chose to fight when it would’ve been easier to fold.
This isn’t toxic positivity.
This is survival.
This is accountability.
This is what happens when you refuse to let pain write your ending.
I’m still here.
The business is still here.
The fire didn’t take me out.
Fear didn’t finish the job.
And if you’re reading this thinking “that sounds like me right now”, good.
Because if I can claw my way back from that place, so can you.
One decision.
One change.
One day at a time.
1% better.
