A big thank you to Saints in the Community and the volunteers that helped make Energy Festival a huge success this year. Over 6000 people enjoyed the football, street sports and STEM fun over the weekend.

Dundee Science Centre has been a part of Energy Festival every year since we started it all 5 years ago. A great team that always brings the 'Energy!'. Consider a visit to DSC to explore even more fun.

Our team attended Energy Sport & STEM festival in Perth last weekend! 🧪⚽

It was another successful event, with over 6,000 people attending across the two days! Here's what our team member Fitzy had to say!

"We look forward to Energy Fest every year, and this year was another great time!

It was so much fun meeting and chatting with everyone who came by and helped us experiment with our catapults and hovercrafts, showed off the physics of juggling far better than we could, and competed with us in launching our scale Trebuchet as far as we could. Thanks especially to the young attendee who helped us make big improvements to our catapult design!

I can’t wait for next year!" 💫👏🏻

And just like that... it's over. 😔💙 What an incredible weekend!

We're so grateful to everyone who came along, took part, supported the event, ran activities, served amazing food, and to our fantastic volunteers. Without every single one of you, this festival simply wouldn't have been possible.

A huge thank you to our brilliant photographers too. 📸 We'll be sharing the link to all the photos later this week, so keep an eye on our page!

Most importantly, thank you for supporting our charity. Every penny raised will go back into providing this opportunity for our community, tackling childhood obesity and supporting low-income families through sport, STEM and family activities.

We hope you all had as much fun as we did. 💙
