How much would you sacrifice for a chance at success?

Josh O’Connor (The Crown, Challengers) stars in Golden Boy, filmed live at the Almeida Theatre.

Set in 1930s New York, the story follows Joe Bonaparte, a gifted young violinist who gets the chance to make it big as a professional boxer. Caught between music, boxing and the pressure to choose a side, Joe must decide what he’s willing to sacrifice and who he’s willing to become.

Featuring a live string quartet, this gripping drama explores ambition, identity and the price of success. Directed by Olivier Award-winner Sam Yates (Vanya).

🎨 A little bit of imagination goes a long way…

‘Imagination Unleashed’ is now on display at Number 8, bringing together a colourful collection of work from the Exhibitors Group of Pershore Arts.

From wildlife and landscapes to coastal scenes and more, the exhibition showcases a wide variety of styles, media, colours and subjects.

Get ready for an afternoon of science, illusions and brain-bending fun with The Magical Mr West and his corvid companion, Crowbert.

Expect optical illusions, baffling tricks and plenty of moments that might leave you wondering how on earth they did that. You’ll also discover some tricks you can try at home.
