Tim from Sutton car repairs found us on Google search and got in touch. This van had been involved in an accident where the drivers side needed replacing, to do the work they had to remove existing carpet and boarding to do the repair work. We had the task to piece it back together and get it back as close as possible which involved making 2 new panels and carpeting it in two-tone to match the previous work. A pretty simple job which we sorted in a day for his company in a day. Everything cleaned out and all panels reattached. Thanks for the work hope your customer will be happy with the repair!

Father and son Duo Kevin and Harry local to us came in with a small challenge to sort their ex fridge van out. Apart from a set of wheels the outside of this van has had full colour change and it looks amazing in this blue but inside was a different story. Harry had already started to do bits like weld the bed frame into position and add some sound deadening and thermal pads and fit a Truma aircon pod. We finished off fully insulating it out and boarding the van out. Around the windows he wanted to hide the curtain track so we had to line the recess areas first, fit the tracks and curtains then cut the holes to suit, wrap the panels first behind then wrap the front of the panels to finish. Bit of a challenge this one as the suede was a pig to use and only came a set width of 1.4 which is great for small vans but not for taller vans. We added a roof, 1 piece side door panel, a couple of storage cupboards and shelf above the cabin. Adam Maher did his magic on the vinyl floor and that was basically our bit done our end. Now Harry can go and carry on adding his bit to make it into a great little camper. Thanks again for the continued work you keep finding us!

Martin Bates came up to us from Heathrow to have the back of his sprinter van sorted out. Although the ply looked good from a distance once the load lock was removed each panel was held on by 2 screws so as you can imagine the rattles were terrible. This was removed and we templates it onto some decent 9mm and fixed it properly into place.
We added a roof with spotlights and colour changing LED’s down the sides. The bulkhead we added flat boards so he can load and strap down his stage cases better and then wrapped both sides. 12mm wheel arches were then added along with some rear loading lights for them dark evenings. Martin also asked if we could fill the gap by the side door with a pallet support so we came up with what you see in the pics. Easily removed if not needed and also handy to store ratchet straps.
Finishing off the van we changed his grille and also fitted him a new horn as the standard horns are terrible 🤣. Thanks again for the work and hope the ride home was a bit quieter 👍🏼

Lewis Smith came down from Newcastle to see us with his ford transit van. This was to basically turn it into a bedroom style van with rear storage. This got stripped out and fully insulated and boarded with a bulkhead to the rear and a halo roof. We added a maxxfan thanks to Midland Leisure Supplies Limited and painted the surround black. Under the seat we added a Nightheater thanks to Autoterm.store UK direct to the vans main tank also a split charge and leisure battery. The van was wrapped in Anthracite and Adam Maher came in and played the ‘concrete style’ vinyl floor. We moved Lewis’s sign to the headboard and ordered a mattress to finish off. Be nice to see what you do with the finished van and even better to see it back on the scene. Thanks again lewis 👍🏼

Valentin from CPS Transport Ltd came in with his sprinter van to us. We had the honour of fitting a Genuine overhead Tacho unit into his roof liner. These vans come with a cut out already scribed into the liner, all you have to do is Stanley knife the line out to give you the hole. The base plate is secured by 4 riv-nuts and up it goes with the liner held into position by 2 screws. Everything else is self explanatory. Thanks to Paul Cartwright for sending Valentine to us. Now he’s off to go and get a Tacho fitted 🤣

Well that’s it guys, we have just taken in the last entry for this year which will take us into January 2027!
Can’t believe how busy it has been but for now we will not be taking in anymore vans until at least mid January maybe early Feb.
For those of you that I have been in touch with up until today you are all still good for your bookings.
Big thanks to those who keep supporting our little business and keep us going it means a lot!
Also big shout out to the 5 people that failed to turn up and not even communicate this year, really don’t get why people book in and don’t show 🙄 and to the 3 people that still have outstanding payments.
Very annoying when you bust your gut to go out of your way and do a job then not to get a payment at the end of it.
Anyway enough of that thanks again and more projects will be uploaded in the up coming weeks 👍🏼

Lee and Donna came up from Cardiff from L&D Transport Ltd with their new Sprinter van. Won’t go into too much detail but the plylining that came with the van had to be removed due to tremendous damage and had to be rectified hence it coming into us. We removed some of the bigger panels which were also no good and got started with sound deadening the whole van and insulating it throughout.
We cut some floor to ceiling ply which was a perfect fit adding a roof with spotlights and blue mood lights. Shaped wheel arches were added and the whole van was then wrapped in carpet including the bulkhead. We added a couple of logos on the back doors and some load lights positioned by the back doors and a couple of lengths of load lock rails.
Such a nice van this one and I hope it serves Lee and Donna well 👍🏼

Dan from Hednesford came in with his tidy transit custom van. This needed a refresh in the back. Dan and his partner are planning to put a rock & roll bed in the back with a few other additions so they wanted to tidy up the rear before this gets installed.
The old plywood was skipped and new ply added. Behind all of this it was insulated on the doors, walls and roof then wrapped all over including ford logos on the rear quarters.
We added a halo roof in grey suede with a blue perimeter light. Adam Maher did his thing adding a vinyl floor in concrete effect to finish the job off. Hope the van is how you wanted it Dan and look forward to seeing the finished result 👍🏼
