Hello Campers,

The team here at Anchor Barrow are very much looking forward to welcoming everyone for the upcoming season!

Our gates open this Friday from 12pm.
Friday continues to be our popular Butcher’s Burger Night, and this Saturday we’ll be serving delicious Greek Gyros.

We’re also excited to have some fantastic live music lined up for opening weekend, with performances from selenabrosemusic and cbone4 bringing the perfect atmosphere to the campsite.

Throughout the season, Feast Nights will take place every Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday:

Food served: 6pm–8pm
Live music: 6:30pm–8:30pm

The Barrow Bar will be open every evening from 5pm and, as always, fully stocked with a fabulous selection of Cornish craft beers, ciders, spirits, wines and soft drinks.

Looking for a Summer in Cornwall?

Campsite Assistant – Anchor Barrow Campsite, Perranporth
We’re looking for a friendly and reliable Campsite Assistant to join our team at Anchor Barrow Campsite in beautiful Perranporth.

This is a varied, hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys working with people and being part of a small, hardworking team in a busy campsite environment.

Hours: Minimum 30 hours per week starting in May

Key Responsibilities

* Cleaning and maintaining campsite facilities to a high standard
* Assisting with front-of-house service during our popular feast nights
* Breakfast shifts including taking customer orders and making fresh coffee
* Supporting the kitchen team with some kitchen portering duties
* Helping ensure guests have a welcoming and enjoyable stay

What We’re Looking For

* Friendly and approachable with good customer service skills
* Reliable and able to work as part of a team
* Willing to get stuck into a variety of tasks
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Previous hospitality experience is helpful but not essential
