Established in 2009, The Music Agency was originally set up by Andy Farquharson to help people find the right musical talent for their events in the South Wales area. Having studied Music at Cardiff University, and with his experience as a performing musician, he used his contacts and connections to help add that 'wow' factor to both large and small events. However it was whilst working on the man

agement team of BBC National Orchestra of Wales as Operations & Logistics Manager that Andy realised how many Arts organisations actually need an extra hand from time to time. So the business evolved in to the one it is today; here to help at whatever level you need, whenever you need it. Andy's wide-ranging experience can assist in many ways from project-based work and consultancy to ad-hoc administrative support. Interested in taking your music on the road? With international experience in touring - initially developed taking youth groups abroad for Club Europe Concert Tours, before progressing to work for The Walt Disney Company and the BBC - Andy can advise on all aspects and has many of his own systems in place to help make it all happen.

This Sunday - 28th June - we're working with RG Live, the Welsh Concert Orchestra and Cรดr Caerdydd as they perform to a sold-out audience at Wales Millennium Centre - Canolfan Mileniwm Cymru where Sir Karl Jenkins conducts The Armed Man and a selection of his most loved works including excerpts from Palladio and Adiemus.

What a weekend of shows for Ministry of Sound Classical, where we provided Production Management services to RG Live and Coalition Presents for 4 sold-out shows in the iconic Royal Albert Hall.

Only made possible thanks to the incredible teamwork of the whole production - on-stage with London Concert Orchestra and David Mahoney, the amazing vocal talents of Tara McDonald and Naomi Murray with choir provided by Izzy Chase. Special guests Anna Lapwood and SIGMA. And all the production team including Phil Wright Sound, RG Jones Sound Engineering Ltd, Tom Trick Lighting Design, Coloursound, Definitive Lasers, Just FX and so many more.

Last night we were at Tunes in the Dunes in for the first Ministry of Sound Classical show of the 2026 season where weโ€™re proud to be providing Production Management services again to RG Live and Coalition Presents for shows throughout the UK.

We're currently touring the UK with Disney Concerts 'Indiana Jones and the Raiders of The Lost Ark in Concert' - promoted by Senbla Live Events - where we're providing the musicians of The Novello Orchestra as well as Production Management services.

Last night the musicians we provided to Troy Millerโ€™s Kingdom Orchestra were in The O2 London to accompany DJ Black Coffee.

Performing to a sold-out crowd in the round on a 360ยฐ stage, this one of a kind performance reimagined his signature Afropolitan House sound through a spectacular live experience.

We were also joined by a number of guests - and even finished the night with a surprise performance by the incredible Alicia Keys!
