With the show just around the corner, we are getting a lot of question's on the same topics so please find below all the answers your need. Please take the time to read as it's going to make people's lives a lot simpler. Thank you.
Q- Can I camp over the weekend?
A - You can only camp if you have a valid camping wristband. Please do not turn up if you do not have a camping ticket, you will not be allowed in. This is really important. Camping is sold out.
Q - Are day tickets available?
A - Yes, day tickets for Saturday & Sunday are available on the gate. £10 per adult, under 16’s are free.
Q- Do you take card on the gate for tickets?
A- NO. It is cash only. Thank you.
Q - What are the gate opening times?
A - Weekend tickets holders: Friday – gates open at Noon (no earlier) and close at 10.00pm
Day Visitors: Saturday– gates open at 9.00am and you must leave the show by 6.00pm. Sunday gates open at 9.00 am and the show officially closes at 5.00pm.
Q - How do I enter the show n shine?
A - You do not need to book for the show n shine on the Saturday or Sunday. Just roll your ride up to the show n shine area which will be clearly marked. We advise you arrive early as the show n shine is always very popular, especially Sunday.
Q - How do I enter the bike show n shine on Sunday?
A - No booking required, just roll up and display. Please ensure you have a bike stand.
Q - Can we bring our dog?
A - Dogs are welcome and allowed on our show site. They must be kept on leads at all times and owners are responsible to make sure any mess is disposed of in the bins that will be provided. No dogs are permitted at all in the Penshurst Place children’s playground area or on the woodland trail . All show guests will be able to crossover into these areas to experience the stunning facilities that Penshurst Place offer but must leave their dogs on the show site with family or friends. Please be responsible for you dog at all times. Please note, there is no dog show this year.
Q - Are there disabled facilities?
A - Yes there are disabled toilets on site.
Q - Are fires or fire pits allowed?
A - NO. Due to fire risk and the safety of all attendees no fires or fire pits of any description are allowed. BBQs are permitted as long as they are over 2 feet off the ground / grass. There must be a fire proof insulating layer between the BBQ and the ground/grass and a fire extinguisher must be on hand and visible.
Q - Do you have live music over the weekend?
A- Yes, few have a full program of live music.
Q - Is there fresh water?
A - Yes, there is fresh water points.
Q - Is there showers on site.
A - No showers on site.
Q - Can we bring our own food and drink into the main show area.
A - Yes you can but we also ask if you can support our food venders as well. Thank you.

CAMPING TICKETS ARE SOLD OUT. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A CAMPING TICKET, PLEASE DO NOT TURN UP AS YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED IN. SATURDAY AND SUNDAY DAY TICKETS WILL BE AVAILABLE ON THE GATE.
