Hi everyonee....We just wanted to say a huge thank you for everyone who supported Healthy Ache with the making of Spit and to those who came to watch our performance! We had the best time creating the piece and collaborating with such a talented group of people, good luck to all of you in the future and thank you for making this experience a rememorable one 💕🍩💃🏼💛

Introducing one of our co-founders: Alice Smith

Originally from Bristol, Alice is 21 years old and is fast approaching the end of her third and final year on the Dance and Choreography Course at Falmouth University. Prior to her degree Alice qualified as a mat work and equipment Pilates instructor. After graduating from her BA degree she hopes to pursue a choreographic career.

Introducing one of our co-founders: Simone Norris

Simone Norris is a 24-year-old undergraduate from the Isle of Wight. She is in her third year, studying Dance and Performance at Falmouth University. Simone has always been passionate about dance and attended various classes. She studied Performing Arts at Brockenhurst College and throughout the course she gained a great deal of confidence, both personally and within her performance. During her time at University, she has become particularly interested in combining contemporary dance and physical theatre, and would like to explore these new skills, techniques and theoretical comprehensions further during her practice.

Introducing one of our co-founders: Sophie Hazzard

Sophie Hazzard is a 21-year-old Dance and Choreography student, studying at Falmouth University in her third year. She found her love for dance in many different styles before focusing on Contemporary dance and moving to Cornwall to study at Falmouth. Through University she has gained some much wider training in Contemporary, developed her technical ability and discovered her passion for choreography. She is looking forward to honing her choreographic skills, in movement as well as speech and physical theatre further. As well as performing in the final project of her degree.
