Hello Singers!
Rehearsals are already going well - 2 weeks of great singing. We've got a great selection to get stuck into, including songs by Sarah Quartel, Bob Chilcott, John Rutter, Simon and Garfunkel, Sting, George Harrison and many more, all on the theme of the earth and our hope for peace in our time.
So come along and join us, we're always happy to welcome new voices. Hope to see you soon.

Hello Singers,

John has been busy and has now added practise tracks for 'Adoramus Te' and 'The Shepherd's Farewell' to the website.

On Tuesday evening Helen is bringing everyone copies of the White Christmas Carol book and we will begin learning 'The Shepherd's Farewell' and John Rutter's arrangement of 'Quem pastores'.

We will also continue with 'Dona Nobis Pacem' and 'Adoramus te'.

Looking forward to another great evening of singing.

Hello Singers! I do hope you have all had a fabulous break over the summer and are now raring to go with our weekly singing sessions at PMC from 7.15pm to 9pm every Tuesday, starting back this coiming Tuesday 9th September. A lovely selection of your favourite Christmas songs awaits you - yes I know thinking ahead to Christmas already, but its never too soon to make a start! Spring term is well underway and we are back practising at Penrith Methodist Church on the corner of Wordsworth Street every Tuesday evening from 7.15 - 9pm.

We are preparing for our Spring concert which will take place on a Thursday evening in early April.

The musical programme will include pieces by John Rutter, Offenbach, Irving Berlin, Franz Lehar, Benny Andersson and Bill Withers - a great variety to say the least!

Newcomers are always welcome, so if you like the sound of all that do come along and try us out.
