🧘♀️ Meet Simon! 🧘♂️

We're delighted to welcome Simon back to the Feel Good Festival as part of our special 10th anniversary celebration! 💚

Simon will be offering several yoga classes throughout the festival for you to experience.

Simon has been instructing individuals in the Authentic Himalayan Traditions for a few years, covering Asana, Pranayama, and Traditional Meditation.

He conducts classes in and around Carlisle, Cumbria, and also facilitates group sound and meditation practices in the community.

Simon, as taught, aims to uphold authentic traditions; his strict discipline is what keeps his students coming back for his unique teaching style.

In his classes, you can expect a focus on zero-resistance Asana, built around the foundations of increasing energy and conserving the flow of Prana.

Moving through all planes of the Spine
Moving with Breath and motion
Internal / External Pranayama practices with Mantra, including the ancient techniques of Tibetan Box Breathing, you feel and learn to decrease the stress in the body and remove the unwanted CO2 to increase energy through oxygenation.

If you've been thinking about trying yoga, or simply want to take some time out for yourself during the festival, Simon's sessions are the perfect opportunity.
