It’s Friday morning… and we’re knackered.
It’s been a long week of early starts, late finishes, tattoos, tans, stories, and just enough coffee to raise blood pressure and concern…..But there’s something good about being tired when you’ve spent the week doing work you actually care about….this place has become more than tattoos and sunbeds….It’s about the people…..And people carry everything.

Some come in buzzing…..Some come in needing a break from the week….Some are marking big moments…..Some are trying to hold onto memories….Some just want a bit of quiet…a bit of music and twenty minutes away from the noise.

All of them moments matter here….That’s why we built it the way we did.

No pretence. No polish. No ego.
Just real people…good chat…laughter…and a space where you can just … well you can just BE YOU!
Life moves fast and we all keep saying “one day…”

One day I’ll do it.
One day I’ll slow down.
One day I’ll put myself first.

But the truth is… there aren’t endless “one days.”

So maybe this weekend, do something for you.

THE WEATHER’S SH*TE… BUT WE’RE NOT.

Well folks!!!….Monday has arrived and apparently summer has taken the day off.
Grey skies. …Rain in the air. …That weird August weather where you look out the window and start wondering whether it’s acceptable to put the heating on.
But while North Wales is doing its very best impression of November… we’re making our own sunshine here at the Studio!….Because sometimes it’s not even just about getting a tattoo or a tan…..Sometimes it’s just simply about getting out of the house.
Getting ten minutes to yourself.
Putting the phone down.
Closing your eyes.
Getting warm.
Having some banter with us on the way in and probably another more on the way out….A little bit of YOU time in the middle of an otherwise grey day.

And that’s exactly what we aim for here at Inkaholics and Tanaholics! …..No airs and graces.
No awkwardness.
No feeling like you need to dress up just to walk through the door…..Come in looking like you’ve just been dragged backwards through a fu**in hedge in the rain if you like!!
You’ll still get the same welcome.

Warm beds.
Warm atmosphere.
Warm welcome.
And hopefully a slightly warmer-looking you when you leave……So ….while the weather outside might currently be doing absolutely f**k all for anybody’s mood…come and borrow a little bit of ours.

Doors are open. Beds are ready. Tunes are absolute fire….And there’s always room for another Inkaholic or Tanaholic in our ever growing family!!!!

AN IMPORTANT HOT WEATHER ANNOUNCEMENT FROM INKAHOLICS & TANAHOLICS

Well… would you look at that….The big yellow bastard has actually turned up again.
……Blue skies, proper heat, everyone suddenly wandering around in shorts exposing parts of their body that haven’t seen daylight since about 2019…And naturally…whenever the weather gets like this, you’ll hear all the usual sensible advice:

Wear a decent SPF.
Drink plenty of water.
Don’t spend all day roasting yourself like a supermarket rotisserie chicken.
Look after your skin.

All excellent advice.

But here at Inkaholics & Tanaholics, we feel there’s one important piece of skin-care information that the medical profession continues to completely overlook…

HAVE YOU CONSIDERED DECORATING IT?

Think about it.

You’ve been given roughly two square metres of perfectly usable human canvas and you’re just walking around with huge sections of it BLANK?!

In THIS economy?!….Seems wasteful to us.

Obviously we’re not saying tattoos actually protect you from the sun.

That would be medically irresponsible.

What we ARE saying is that a massive badass tattoo covering half your arm definitely makes you feel like you’ve taken appropriate action.

And if tattoos aren’t on today’s agenda, there’s always Tanaholics …..because there’s a world of difference between gradually building a sensible tan and lying in the garden at midday until your shoulders resemble two slices of Billy Bear fu**in ham.

Whichever side you’re visiting us for…. FFS!!,…LOOK AFTER YOUR SKIN.

Fresh tattoos and blazing sunshine are absolutely NOT BEST MATES……keep new work covered, follow your aftercare properly and don’t cook the fu**in thing because you’ve waited six months for some sunshine!!

Same goes for tanning.

More isn’t better.
Red isn’t a tan.
Burning yourself isn’t “getting a good base.”

We love skin at the studio!.

Tanaholics makes it glow.
Inkaholics makes it a s**t ton more interesting.
….So enjoy this absolutely gorgeous weather, get outside, be responsible drink some water, slap the SPF on…and if at any point you look down and notice an offensively large patch of undecorated skin…
